It all started as a dream with my first carving on New Year’s Eve of 1981.

The general manager at the country club where I worked invited me to assist him with several sculptures. We received rave reviews and I was hooked!

The dream became more real after several years of practice when people could recognize what I had carved (without standing on their heads.)

In February 1993 I resigned from my position as an executive chef to carve ice full-time. Miller Ice Sculptures has been increasing in size and volume ever since.

We have sculpted for weddings, corporate functions, house parties, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, class reunions, family reunions, grand openings as well as “live” carving events. Our clients have included Lansing’s Silver Bells in the City, the cities of Williamston, Webberville, St. Johns, East Lansing, Jackson, and Mason. We even do a few company picnics during the summer months.
